Are you interested in pursing a career in a medical profession?
One of the fastest growing professions in medicine is the field of Athletic Training. Never heard of it? well let me educate you. Athletic Training is the prevention and care of injuries and illness of physically active individuals. At every level of sports competition, athletic trainers have been providing care for athletes, working directly with doctors and other healthcare professionals, to help athletes return to participation. Athletic Trainers specialize in injury prevention. Heat Illness, Dehydration, Concussion, Sprains, Strains, Injuries requiring Surgery and Rehab; they are all seen in the Athletic Training Room. As long as there are athletes, and physically strenuous jobs, there will always be a need for Athletic Trainers.

Do you love sports?
Who doesn't love the excitement of a Friday Night under the bright lights of a high school football stadium? For that matter, Globe Life Park, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, or any other college/pro venue? How about the Olympics? Athletic Training provides an opportunity to be an active participant, to contribute to the team's success. To those in the know, Athletic Trainers are the team behind the team that keeps the players on the court/field and in the game.
