Good Morning Panthers!

About me:

I am Zachary Magee and I teach the first two years of the Health Science program. Our program prepares students to enter the medical field right out of High School and for the rigor of college. My goal is to give your student the foundational learning needed to succeed in the certification classes in year 3 and year 4. This is my 4th year at Ford, and I look forward to many more. I teach Principles of Health Science, Medical Terminology, and Health Science Theory. In Principles, we explore the vast array of healthcare careers and how to get there. In Medical Terminology we learn the basic frameworks of how to study and utilize it by memorizing around 300 medical terms. In Theory, we expand our knowledge to understand assessment and diagnosis mindsets.

I attended EMT school at Res-q-One, attended Criswell College, Eastfield College, and graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a degree in Environmental Science.
