Balfour will deliver graduation orders from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. This will be a drive-through delivery, stay in your car and a representative will hand you the items. We will be set up in the student parking lot. All orders must be paid for in advance. For safety reasons, no orders or payments can be made at delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
