About Me:

I have been teaching at FHS as a Highschool English Teacher since 2019. Since English can be an intimidating subject for many students, I try to create a friendly and calm environment. I am known as 'The Crazy Shark Lady' by my students because I'm an avid lover of sharks, and yes, that is why my profile pictures are of sharks.

Academic Content:

English 1 and 2 are focused on helping students learn literary techniques, vocabulary, and grammar to use when reading or writing for the upcoming STAAR at the end of the year.
