Hello, Welcome to My Class!

Hello to all,

My name is Taner Renfro, this will be my first year teaching/coaching at Ford High School and will be my 4th year teaching/coaching here at Quinlan ISD. I am a former Quinlan ISD graduate and I'm extremely excited to be working with the students from my home town! I attended college at Hardin-Simmons University for a bachelors in Environmental Science and participated on the track team at Hardin-Simmons. I threw discus, shot put, hammer and javelin. After going there, I came back to Texas A&M University-Commerce where I finished my degree in 2018 and participated as a Collegiate powerlifter. I have a beautiful daughter who is two years of age and I enjoy the simple things in life which make life worth living!

I look forward to this next school year with new and some familiar faces!
